UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard delivery to the UK mainland (excluding Highlands) will take between 2-5 working days from when the order is placed and costs £4.99.

Please note all orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched from our warehouse on Saturday or Sunday.

Signature is required upon receipt.

Please be aware during the same period, Black Friday and Christmas days standard delivery may be up to 7 working days from when your order is placed.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently deliver to over 40 European destinations with more destinations coming soon.

A standard delivery service is available, and we aim to deliver your order within 3-7 working days, and costs £7.99.

Please note all orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched from our warehouse on Saturday or Sunday.

However, if for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 15 working days from the date you have received your dispatch email to contact our Customer Service Team.

All purchases will be made in pounds Sterling (£) and International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate as required. PLEASE NOTE, ANY ADDITIONAL DUTY OR CUSTOMS CHARGES APPLICABLE IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY ARE PAYABLE DIRECTLY BY THE RECIPIENT.

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

You can track your order at any time by logging into the ‘My Account’ section of the site, selecting order history and clicking on the appropriate order.

Please click on the tracking link which will take you to our courier’s website where you can find out the status of your order.

Your order’s tracking number is also stated in your order confirmation email.

Please visit our courier’s website www.myhermes.co.uk (UK orders) or www.dhl.com (International orders) where you can enter your tracking number to check the status of your order.

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY

If you are not in when our courier tries to deliver, and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card and then attempt to deliver 2 more times, usually on the following working days.

To arrange a more convenient redelivery day, please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier.

USING AN ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD

You can have your order delivered to a different address to the billing address of your debit/credit card. You can enter the delivery address at checkout.

Please ensure that all details are correct before your checkout as amendments to your delivery details cannot be made once your order has been placed.

ORDERS REQUESTED TO BE LEFT IN A SAFE LOCATION

If you wish to have an order left in a secure, safe location you should contact us as soon as you have placed your order with your request.

Sometimes this may not be possible, but please note that ANY ORDERS LEFT AS REQUESTED BY YOURSELF IN A SAFE LOCATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK and Matching Trends will not be liable to compensate orders that are damaged or lost.

WORKING DAYS

A working day is referred as Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

Express delivery orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched within the next 1-2 working days accordingly.

DELIVERY AREAS IN THE UK

We deliver to UK mainland, Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands and all UK Offshore Islands but currently we regret we do not deliver to BFPO and PO Box addresses.

FURTHER VERIFICATION REQUESTS

Occasionally, we will need to verify the details supplied by the customer when they place an order. This often will result in Matching Trends requesting additional information such as a copy of the bank statement of the card used for the transaction, a copy of the card used and ID of the customer. This will allow us to verify the card details for the customer and ensure we can process your order in a timely fashion. All any documentation requested by Matching Trends for such verification processes are treated with the strictest of confidence is only requested and used for the purposes of verification.
